General Purpose
Reorganization of Operations/Manufacturing due to continued growth in Circuitpack/CATV/40 gb Product Lines. Will continue the philosophy of Team Leads and will add a Manager for the CATV, Telecom, and Circuitpack Team leads for whom to report. Bandwidth of Director of Operations can no longer maintain the structure of all the Team Leads reporting to him.
Essential Functions
Manage the CATV, Telecom and Circuitpack Production Test areas. Responsible for Training of Test Technicians and daily Production output through all test areas.
Knowledge of RF and Digital Test requirements for Fiber Optic 10gb Transponders and Fiber Optic CATV Transmitters. Work with NPI and Engineering for Transfer of Products into Production Test and Manage Team leads in each area to a Daily Production Plan. Able to troubleshoot Test set issues to ensure test sets are operating within required parameters.
Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering plus 5-7 years experience in Managing Production Test in a Manufacturing environment
