Fiber Specialist 2nd shift

-          Need to support Manufacturing Growth.

-          Splice, Wrap, and Polish Fiber according to product specifications

-         Strip and prepare bare fiber to terminate into the connector

-         Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

-         Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision

-         HS Diploma

-         2 – 4 yrs. Experience performing complicated splicing and polishing

-         Must be able to handle fiber with care/ possess a certain degree of creativity

-         Familiar with concepts, practices and procedures within the field
